How We Work

​Our whole process is based around you and has been designed to make sure that your mobility product suits you as an individual, but also suits your physical needs.

​

1.      Initial contact

We can take referral information from you, your doctor, therapist, and/or insurance company. The information can be taken via fax, email, phone, or by visiting our office. We like to verify insurance coverage prior to our initial face-to-face evaluation.

2.      Evaluation and assessment

Evaluations can be set up to take place at your home or our office. We like to communicate directly with you, your family, doctor, and therapy team to provide the most appropriate mobility product to meet your needs.

3.      Paperwork

Once we decide on the best product for you, we will assist you with setting up all necessary doctor and/or therapy appointments. In addition, our staff will help obtain all required documentation for insurance approval of your mobility product.

4.      Delivery

We will deliver the product directly to your home. We will also set it up, make fitting adjustments, conduct a demonstration, and provide product education training.

​

5.      Follow up and repairs

Should your mobility device need repairs after delivery, we will work with your insurance company to obtain necessary documentation for approval and provide the needed repairs.
